As a Bell Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll warmly escort guests to and from their accommodations, assist with luggage, and ensure they are fully acquainted with their room and its features in a friendly and courteous manner.

What will you be doing?
- Warmly greet guests and stay calm and attentive during busy periods or emergencies.
- Assist with luggage, retrieving and transporting items to guest rooms via bell cart.
- Match luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and manage luggage storage as needed.
- Direct guests to hotel areas and provide helpful guidance.
- Listen to guest inquiries, offer accurate information, and assist as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- 6+ months previous work experience in a guest service position required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Overall knowledge of proper guest service, standards and code of conduct.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a general knowledge of computer and radio functions as well as ability to find a need and take care of an issue.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
