As a Cook III you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared in a specific station.

What you will be doing:
· Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
· Monitor product storage, portion sizes, and special items like stocks and sauces.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations.
· Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational.
· Uphold high standards of food production and presentation.
· Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
· Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work.
· Follow recipe specifications for all food preparation.
What we are looking for:
· Previous cooking experience required, 1-2 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred.
· High school diploma preferred.
· Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
· Sufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.
· Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
· Ability to stand for long periods, work in a confined space with high levels of noise and frequent interruptions, and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
· Ability to obtain any local, state or federal license or certification for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification.
