As the Part Time Guest Service Attendant at the Geneva Club, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll be the hotel’s ambassador, delivering personalized assistance to VIP guests and Geneva Club patrons. From insider tips on local attractions to creating tailored experiences, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a stay that’s nothing short of exceptional.

What will you be doing?
- Greet guests warmly, staying calm during busy times and emergencies.
- Register VIP guests, assist with check-ins, and coordinate luggage delivery with the Bellstand.
- Provide concierge services, arranging hotel activities, dining, spa, and off-site reservations like transportation and car rentals.
- Conduct pre-arrival calls and make initial arrangements for guest stays.
- Maintain a peaceful, service-friendly environment in the Club, including food and beverage service and light housekeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality; food and beverage experience a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional language skills preferred but not required.
- Energetic, with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Creative self-starter, capable of working independently and making decisions.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift items like trays and coffee urns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable to varying business needs and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
