Food and Beverage Manager

As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take ownership of front-of-house operations for outlets including ARIA, The Bar, in-room dining, and special events. You’ll guide a passionate team and ensure every meal and moment reflects our standard of thoughtful, imaginative hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire a team of supervisors, servers, bartenders, and support staff across multiple outlets
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high levels of guest satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver Saint Kate’s elevated service standards
• Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet budgetary goals
• Collaborate with culinary, sales, and banquet teams to execute seamless private events and high-impact activations
• Maintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests and team members to build a positive, artistic service culture
• Uphold health, sanitation, and safety guidelines across all F&B spaces
• Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale F&B environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, POS systems, and financial acumen
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
• A passion for hospitality, creativity, and providing unforgettable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
• Previous experience in hotel or multi-outlet management a plus
