Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out of room.
• Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests' needs.
• Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.
• Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.
• Input all information into computer to communicate guest requests.
• Answer guest questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information and services.
• Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the hotel.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, front desk or administrative experience preferred.
