As a Part Time Igloo Cocktail Server at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for serving drinks in a precise, timely, and professional manner while ensuring high standards of customer service in the Beverage outlet.

What will you be doing:
- Maintain service station and floor cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
- Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions, and food options.
- Take orders and recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested. This will require memorization of all available drinks, beer, and wines.
- Provide appropriate snack and garnish with all beverages.
- Input orders in a timely manner into point of sale system to inform bartender of order.
- Keep guest tables and floors clean, and assist with bar area organization.
- Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction regularly.
- Present check promptly, handle payments, and balance charges. Thank guests and invite them to return.
- Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Previous cocktail serving experience required; must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage preparation, and various alcoholic drinks.
- Expertise in spirits, beer, trendy liquors, and wines for high-volume bar service.
- Obtain necessary certifications; bartender certifications preferred; comply with liquor regulations.
- Maintain awareness of guest needs and corporate service standards.
- Proficient in English for menu comprehension, promotions, and guest communication.
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 40 lbs. in crowded environments.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
