As a Supervisor in the Lobby Lounge at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will lead the way in shaping seamless restaurant operations, offering hands-on management, training, and leadership. What will you be doing?
- Oversee outlet operations, including promotions, customer service, and inventory.
- Lead and train Front of House staff on standards, wine service, and customer service.
- Supervise and mentor service staff, including scheduling, interviewing, training, coaching, and evaluating.
- Manage inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu consistency.
- Stay updated on food and beverage trends in hospitality.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in line with hotel standards.
- Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and prepare daily forecasts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum one year of bartending and serving experience required.
- Strong background in beverage supervision, training, and cost control.
- Food supervision experience preferred; will oversee both food and beverage outlets.
- Bartender certificate required; must be 18+ to serve or pour alcohol.
- Knowledgeable in food and beverage preparation and alcoholic beverages.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
