We are seeking a passionate and skilled Main Kitchen Cook I to join our culinary team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
Set up and maintain assigned workstations, ensuring ingredients, tools, and supplies are properly stocked and organized throughout each shift.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with chefs and fellow culinary team members to ensure timely and accurate preparation of meals during service periods.
Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and kitchen cleanliness to support efficient daily operations.
Position Requirements
Previous cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, banquet, or high-volume food service environment preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
