Miller Time Pub Cook III - PT

Miller Time Pub & Grill is looking to hire a Part-Time Cook to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the quality control of items prepared. As a Marcus Hotels & Resorts Cook, you will have the unique opportunity to chart your own growth path whether your interest lies in – fast-paced banquets, upscale fine-dining, casual pub-style fare, contemporary American cuisine or traditional comfort food.

What will you be doing?

• Read and follow recipes as they pertain to menu production.
• Cook all menu items to guest specifications.
• Properly label, date, and store all prepared food as well as raw ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Must be available to work until close .
• Willing to work weekends.
• Previous culinary experience is preferred.
