What you will be doing:
- Ensure prompt, superior service to guests.
- Service stay-over rooms, changing linens and replenishing amenities.
- Thoroughly clean check-out rooms, paying attention to detail.
- Perform bed-making, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and amenity restocking.
- Restock supply cart for the next day.
- Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in the same or a similar position such as a guest room attendant, cleaner, or other housekeeping, cleaning in hotels, hospitals, casinos or residential are preferred.
- Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and push a cart on a regular and extended basis.
