Your Mission Objectives:
Supervise daily dining room operations with stealth, style, and strategic oversight.
Support, train, and inspire front-of-house agents (servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff) to deliver five-star, spy-level service.
Assist Control (a.k.a. the Restaurant Manager) with scheduling, team communications, and floor leadership.
Maintain the guest experience at the highest level—anticipating needs, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring satisfaction without breaking cover.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar operatives to maintain smooth communication and timing during service.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all guest-facing areas—no detail too small, no issue left unchecked.
Uphold all company standards, policies, and health/safety regulations with precision and discretion.
What You Bring to the Operation:
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role—bonus points if you've worked in a themed or high-volume environment.
A natural leader with strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a guest-first mindset.
Passion for creating memorable experiences and energizing your team to do the same.
Ability to problem-solve quickly and tactfully—because not every mission goes exactly as planned.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems, basic administrative tasks, and service standards.
