As a Front Desk Attendant at the WELL Spa, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll greet and check guests in and out, book appointments, sign up and renew memberships.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?

·         Check guests in and out for spa appointments.

·         Provide accurate and appropriate information to guests and customers.

·         Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system.

·         Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.

·         Promptly answer telephone in a professional and clear manner. Input all information into computers to communicate guest requests and complaints.

·         Answer guest questions regarding area or resort, outlet information and services.

·         Perform additional duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

· High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior spa experience preferred.

· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, must have the ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while            multitasking.

· Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

· Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
