As an Account Receivable Clerk at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of customer statements by posting accounts, allowances, refunds, and payments.

What will you be doing?

·         Responsible for collection and payment postings of Resort receivables, both current and delinquent per corporate guidelines

·         Liason with operating departments to ensure group billing within PMS is set and communicated as dictated by sales contract with client

·         Responsible for accurate and timely billing to customers; to include but not limited to group, corporate, intercompany, member/owner, rentals and attrition

·         Monitor sales contracts for continuity and escalate as appropriate

·         Prepare allowances and refunds

·          Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

·         High school diploma and a minimum of one (1) year experience.

·         Meet strict time deadlines.

·         Work well with minimum supervision.

·         Able to think and act independently.

·         Operate calculator, PC, Keyboard.

·         Extreme attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

·         Data entry.

·         Performs other duties as assigned
