What will you be doing?
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer statements by posting accounts, allowances, refunds, and payments. Review of guest ledger accounts for timely payment receipts.
- Data entry/posting to accounts.
- Run statements and verify information.
- Assists in training and supervising accounting staff.
- Process and balance bi-weekly payroll for all hotel associates.
- File and organize payroll files.
- Four-year college degree required, preferably in Hotel Management.
- Good working knowledge of Hospitality accounting systems.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems/ programs such as PeopleSoft, Excel, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication skills.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Meet strict time deadlines.
- Able to think and act independently.
- Operate calculator, PC, Keyboard.
