Administrative Assistant
Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for

What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, specifically to the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President Operations, including calendar management, correspondence, and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for executives.
- Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, managing logistics, catering, and materials.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Reconcile data, process expense reports, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes; manage division contact lists and website inquiries.
- Oversee office supplies, gifts, and special requests for the executive team.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and corporate events.
- Provide backup support for executives and rotational coverage for corporate reception and kitchen duties.
- Assist with promotional, entertainment, and foundation-related requests as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years administrative support or similar experience preferred
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Better than average skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and meet deadlines
- Some flexibility regarding hours may be required at times
- Previous experience working in an office setting and with other business professionals
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels, with a high degree of professionalism
- Exhibits extreme discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and/or confidential information
- Displays a strong hospitality-oriented spirit
