What you will be doing

The Afternoon Tea Manager leads and elevates The Pfister Hotel’s signature Afternoon Tea experience, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and flawless execution that reflect the hotel’s rich heritage and luxury hospitality standards. This role oversees all aspects of daily operations, including service delivery, team leadership, guest relations, and program administration.

In addition, the Afternoon Tea Manager drives the growth and evolution of the program through innovative themed experiences, strategic partnerships with Marketing, and revenue-generating initiatives. By creating memorable guest experiences, increasing engagement, and identifying sales opportunities, this position plays a key role in enhancing the program’s reputation, profitability, and long-term success.

Position Requirements

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader who is passionate about creating memorable luxury experiences and understands the service, presentation, and attention to detail that define an exceptional Afternoon Tea program. The ideal candidate brings food and beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environment, along with a commitment to delivering polished, personalized service and leading high-performing teams.

Success in this role requires strong operational and financial management skills, including oversight of reservations, service flow, staffing, inventory, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate excels at engaging with discerning guests, maintaining the highest service standards, and ensuring every Afternoon Tea experience reflects the elegance, consistency, and charm that make it a signature offering of The Pfister Hotel.

Job Type: Salaried Exempt

Salary Range: $58,000 - $63,000
