Marcus Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel ownership and management company in Milwaukee, is seeking an Area Account Executive to drive business for three of the city’s most iconic properties: 

  • Hilton Milwaukee – A premier convention headquarters hotel 
  • The Pfister Hotel – A recently renovated, historic luxury hotel 
  • Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel – A vibrant, creative hub for the arts and events 

With a total of 1,255 guest rooms and over 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space, this role offers the opportunity to secure high-value business, cultivate lasting client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of these landmark hotels. 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and manage key client relationships, focusing on National Associations, Government, and Citywide Conventions 
  •  Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue through strategic sales efforts 
  •  Represent our hotels with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create seamless event experiences for clients 

What You Will Bring:

  • A motivated, confident, and engaging sales approach
  • Previous hospitality sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry sales systems 
  • Willingness to travel 8-12 times per year and conduct regular local sales calls
