Area Director of Revenue
We are seeking an experienced Area Director of Revenue Management to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies across three hotels: Hilton Milwaukee City Center, The Pfister Hotel and Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel. This role involves active participation in pricing, business mix, forecasting, and inventory distribution to optimize performance and profitability.
What you’ll be doing?
- Oversee daily revenue management and distribution strategies for assigned hotels.
- Develop and communicate pricing strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of each property.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and the corporate office.
- Analyze group pricing and business to align with hotel goals.
- Provide insights on weekly and monthly P&L and STR performance.
- Explore and implement cost-effective distribution methods.
- Conduct regular forecasting for group and transient business.
- Contribute to annual revenue budgets and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify strategies for driving revenue during key periods.
What should you bring to the role?
- Proven track record in revenue management, sales, or marketing, with experience managing multiple properties.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management concepts, processes, and systems.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field plus 6 years of relevant experience; or 4-year bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus 4 years of relevant experience.
