The Platinum Hotel seeks an experienced Line Cook for our Room Service, Restaurant and Pool menus. Starting pay is up to $19 per hour based on your qualifications.
- Prepare food served using established production procedures and systems
- Understand and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies and procedures
- Complies with established sanitation, personal hygiene and health standards.
- Maintains current health card credentialing and has in possession at all time
- Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Executive Chef
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish procedures
- Assist in food prep assignments
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work area, including: tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, ovens, flat top, refrigeration equipment, etc.
