As a Cosmetologist at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be a part of the Well Spa team and be responsible for providing services for hair, nails, facial waxing and makeup.

What will you be doing?
· Deliver the highest quality treatments and professional services.
· Analyze guests' hair, nails, skin, and physical features to recommend appropriate treatments.
· Provide home care recommendations and create a relaxing environment for guests.
· Ensure a clean, safe spa environment with adherence to sanitation standards.
· Restock treatment rooms with necessary linens and products for the next day.
· Demonstrate and sell retail products while scheduling guest appointments.
· Attend product knowledge and service training sessions.
· Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality while updating necessary records.
What do you bring to the role?
· Maintain a current Wisconsin cosmetology license.
· Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in cosmetology, hair styling, and salon.
· Manage time effectively to meet Well Spa's treatment timing standards.
· Hold a high school diploma or GED.
· Understand customer service principles, including needs assessment and quality standards as well as be able to demonstrate a proven sales background.
· Have knowledge of chemical properties, interactions, and safe handling.
· Willing to attend ongoing education and training.
· Possess a friendly personality and professional attitude toward all staff as well as exhibit energy and enthusiasm for the role and facility.
· Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
