We are looking for a Part Time Dishwasher who will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen by washing, sanitizing, and returning dishes and utensils while supporting food and beverage operations as needed.

What we are looking for:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays, as dictated by business needs.
No prior experience required; previous food and beverage or restaurant experience is helpful.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow prescribed safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Ability to work in a kitchen environment with moderate to high noise levels and increased activity during peak business periods.
What you will be doing:
Properly fill, operate, and maintain the dish machine according to manufacturer standards and health department guidelines.
Receive, scrape, rinse, rack, wash, and sanitize dishes and utensils.
Unload the dish machine and stack, store, and return clean dishes and utensils to the appropriate areas of the kitchen and Food & Beverage operation.
Empty garbage cans in the dish area and throughout the kitchen as needed.
Sweep and mop floors in the dish room and kitchen, keeping floors clean and dry to help prevent slip and fall hazards.
Clean countertops, preparation areas, equipment, and other designated kitchen areas using approved restaurant cleaning products.
Handle cleaning chemicals according to prescribed safety standards.
Assist with lifting and moving food carts, dish storage racks, and other kitchen equipment as directed by management.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations.
Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
