It’s an exciting time to join Marcus Theatres! We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee! 
Marcus Theatres’ facilities are leaders in their industry, offering the latest amenities and technology in stadium seating, digital sound, innovative food and beverage concepts and 72-feet-wide UltraScreens®. The company serves movie and restaurant goers in major Midwest markets including Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin; the Twin Cities; greater Chicago and Bloomington, Illinois; Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska; Fargo, North Dakota; Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, Iowa; Columbus, Ohio; and St. Louis, Missouri.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team. This consists of editing and formatting correspondence/engagement letters, travel arrangements, report generation, and time/expense entry.
  • Proactively manage, schedule and prioritize executive’s work flow and task items.
  • Compose correspondence, create memos, letters, charts, graphs, business plans, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain various financial reports, budgets, and records, such as client financial statements, presentations, budget expenditures and statistical records of performance data.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, teleconferences, and webinars.
  • Assist with office functions such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents, or client database management as needed.
  • Open and distribute mail as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information on a regular basis with discretion.
  • Manage projects independently with a high level of detail and follow up.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years administrative support experience supporting multiple individuals in a professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and proofreading skills.
  • Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to handle matters confidentially.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service and exhibit a sense of urgency to complete duties in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Demonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at the advanced level.
  • Outlook and scheduling experience.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
