Front Desk Agent

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be part of our team as we expand our portfolio. Our newest addition, The Lofton Hotel, is a downtown Minneapolis, full-service, $15M revenue property that is the first hotel in the Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Minnesota.

What you will be doing:

·       Check guests in and out of room.

·       Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests' needs.

·       Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.

·       Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.

·       Input all information into computer to communicate guest requests.

·       Answer guest questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information and services.

·       Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the hotel.

What we are looking for:

·       Excellent customer service skills are required.

·       Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shifts.

·       Previous receptionist, customer service, front desk or administrative experience preferred.
