As a part time Busser at the Grand Café, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations and assisting servers with table service to ensure superior guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?
- Keep café clean, organized, and reset tables promptly.
- Set and arrange tables per reservations; reset tables promptly.
- Clear dirty dishes from dining/bar area.
- Deliver bread and refill water glasses.
- Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, plates, ice, and linen.
- Keep work area clean, including sweeping, mopping, restroom upkeep, and trash removal.
- Assist servers with guest requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
- One year or more of prior service assistance in a fine dining outlet, other hospitality, restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
- High school or equivalent
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
