Hourly A/P Clerk - PT

What will you be doing?
- Maintains Birchstreet purchase orders and invoice reconciliation system
- Processes all regular and Food & Beverage invoices, check requests, and expense reports for the hotel.
- Maintains all a/p files with regards to new vendors, expense reports, and check requests.
- Verify daily cash drops and process daily cash deposits
- Associate bank audits.
- Assign associate banks and maintain bank contracts.
- Stamps and codes all invoices, check requests, and expense reports for payment.
What you will bring to the role?
- Associates degree in business or accounting and/or at least 2 years of experience in a similar accounts payable position preferred.
- Meet strict time deadlines.
- Strong PC/typing skills.
- Strong accuracy with numbers and expense coding a must.
- Strong Computer literacy needed, extensive Excel knowledge and ability to understand and use other computer programs a must.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
