In this key role, you’ll ensure that every guest room meets the high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation that define the Saint Kate experience. You’ll lead by example, support the housekeeping team, and take pride in delivering an environment that’s as artistic and welcoming as the rest of the hotel.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards
- Provide feedback and support to Room Attendants to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Document and report maintenance issues or housekeeping discrepancies promptly
- Assist with training new team members in cleaning procedures and hotel standards
- Help coordinate daily room assignments and manage workflow based on occupancy
- Communicate effectively with Front Desk and Engineering teams regarding room readiness and guest needs
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with all hotel and departmental procedures
- Step in to assist with room cleaning or supply restocking as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; inspector or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and coach a team in a respectful, supportive way
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse team members and guests
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment
