What will you be doing?

·         Ensures that all written standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently met, by inspections and follow-up.

·         Assists with the supervision and on-going training of all Housekeeping Associates.

·         Ensures that all designated guestrooms receive service.

·         Assists with Lost and Found, including packing and mailing of packages.

·         Assists with documenting time and attendance for all Housekeeping associates.

·         Ensures furniture, facilities, and equipment are maintained and in good repair.

·         Promotes excellent guest/employee rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently and courteously to all guest requests.

·         Ensures appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms and appearance are maintained.

·         Represents the hotel with professionalism and decorum.

·         Establish and maintain effective associate relations.

·         Ensure discipline is administered timely and fairly with HR involvement.

·         Ensure appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, and appearance are maintained.

What do you bring to the role?

·         High school diploma or equivalent, college education in related field preferred.

·         Previous housekeeping supervisory experience for at least 2 years.

·         Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met

·         Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others.

·         Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates.

·         Ability to communicate effectively to associates - Bi-Lingual a plus.

·         Understands reports and related correspondence and accurately performs all essential job functions.

Salary Range: $55000-$65000
