What you will be doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding through our ATS (Taleo), including sourcing, job postings, offers, and new hire integration.
- Partner with the General Manager and department leaders on coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement strategies.
- Drive employee satisfaction by supporting initiatives tied to annual opinion surveys and follow-up action plans.
- Administer performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate associate records, including personnel files, Worker’s Compensation documentation, OSHA logs, and other required filings.
- Support HRIS (PeopleSoft) data entry and learning and development through orientation sessions and LMS tracking.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies, brand standards, and employee programs across the property.
- Oversee leave of absence processes and ensure HR compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Prior HR, recruitment, TA, generalist and/or associate relations experience preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with confidence and discretion
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Skilled in building trust, credibility, and effective working relationships
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
