As an In-Room Dining (Room Service) Server, you’ll stay active and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. What you’ll be doing?
Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional and timely manner
Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and hotel services
Set up, deliver, and retrieve in-room dining orders following service standards
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Perform other duties as assigned
What we are looking for?
A passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
