Loss Prevention 3rd Shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Patrol & inspect all interior and exterior public areas of property including parking garage
2. Maintain security procedures to include lost & found, key control, emergency procedures and health & safety hazard procedures for all employees and guests
3. Investigate and complete reports on loss and safety incidents involving guests and/or employees to include theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault, food poisoning, intoxication or other safety hazards
4. Receive deliveries into hotel; send packages out as needed
5. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest related incidents, questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction
1. Ability to tolerate varied warm and busy work conditions
2. Ability to lift objects weighing 75 pounds with the ability to push, pull or transport material weighing 150 pounds
3. Ability to remain focused in fast-paced worked environment
4. Ability to walk property multiple times per shift
5. CPR/First Aid certification preferred
