Description

Marcus Theatres is seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern eager to dive into the fast-paced world of business and gain hands-on experience. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team and the SVP of Marketing in the Theatre Division to craft innovative programs that captivate audiences, boost brand recognition, and enhance customer loyalty—all while driving revenue growth. This opportunity will work full time during the summer and part time hours during the school semester out of our corporate offices in Downtown Milwaukee.

In the requirements section: 

·        Must be able to work in-person out of corporate offices in Downtown Milwaukee

What you will be doing:

·        Work with the Social Media Marketing team to manage various social media platforms and develop meaningful content to drive engagement.

·        Assist the studio relations team with the creation, coordination, and evaluation of promotions to boost movie attendance.

·        Create communications and resources for internal teams and field locations to guide the development, placement, and use of promotional materials (both digital and in-theatre).

·        Develop well-designed presentation decks to support new projects and recaps.

·        Work with the team to analyze market data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

·        Collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Film) to ensure guest needs are met.

·        All other duties as assigned.

Salary/Wage Estimate: $17-$18/hour
