What you will be doing
Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are maintained.
Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness, including resetting tables, stocking service stations, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Verify food orders for accuracy, including accompaniments, modifications, and special dietary requests before delivery.
Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and respond promptly to requests while supporting the restaurant team during busy service periods.
Position Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to guest service and teamwork.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
