What you will be doing
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
Accurately take and enter guest orders while ensuring timely and efficient service throughout the dining experience.
Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and resolving concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following all company, health, and safety standards.
Position Requirements
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, with wine and beverage knowledge considered a plus.
