As a Food Runner you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared in a specific station.

What you will be doing:
- Set up all garnishes for dishes, assemble trays and stock bread.
- Responsible for set-up and break-down of station at the beginning and end of shift.
- Assist with special guest requests to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen associates to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Serve food to tables if needed.
- Remove all dirty dishes from kitchen and/or server areas.
- Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
- Assist with food running to ensure food quality.
- Assist servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, e.g., clean guest spills and clean/stock/sweep/mop all storage areas.
What we are looking for:
· Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient for the associate to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
- Sufficient manual dexterity of hands in order to use a knife, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, tap kegs, and extend arms overhead to stock items.
- Ability to carry a food tray through a crowded room.
- Ability to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push goods with hand; cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs., at a continuous schedule.
- Ability to perform duties within temperature ranges, from normal to refrigerate.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Required memorization of all table numbers.
