Proof Pizza Manager

Proof Pizza, our wood-fired pizza kitchen, is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its operations. As the Proof Pizza Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dynamic team, and delivering the same quality, energy, and consistency that Saint Kate is known for. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people and pizza in equal measure, and knows how to build a culture of positivity, performance, and fun.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage all front- and back-of-house operations for Proof Pizza, including staffing, scheduling, service, and food quality

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of cooks, servers, and support staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience

• Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and daily sales to ensure profitability and efficiency

• Partner with the culinary team on menu innovation, prep standards, and seasonal offerings

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and dining areas

• Foster a fun, inclusive, and accountable team culture that reflects the Saint Kate brand

• Support special events, festivals, and collaborations that involve Proof Pizza

• Address guest feedback with care and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience required, fast-casual or pizzeria experience a plus

• A strong understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen workflow, and guest service standards

• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams

• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• POS and inventory management experience (Micros, MarketMan, etc.) preferred

• A creative spirit and passion for building great food and memorable moments

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
