In this role, you will help make our guests feel at home by preparing our rooms for the next guests, cleaning, restocking items and helping keep all areas in the hotel clean, neat and tidy.

Compensation: $19.49/HR

What will you be doing?

·         Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently, and courteously to all requests.

·         Take responsibility for all chemicals and equipment assigned.

·         Deliver clean linens to and from the guest floors in response to occupancy and supervisor’s requirements.

·         Remove all garbage, cots, cribs and dishware from the guest floors and return to their designated locations.

·         Carry out specialized cleaning projects to approved level of competency and productivity, such as carpet and upholstery cleaning, windows and ice machine cleaning etc.

·         Assist with all general cleaning and rehabilitation projects, as directed.

·         Follow appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms and appearance.

What do you bring to the role?

·         Must be punched in, in proper uniform, and ready to work as scheduled.

·         Must be at least 18 years old.

·         Must be a reliable, responsible conduit between the associates and the management.

·         Minimum of one year in a hotel housekeeping department preferred.  Must have a thorough knowledge of the housekeeping policies and procedures, room cleaning procedures, chemical usage and handling and equipment usage and handling.
