SafeHouse Server Assistant

If so, SafeHouse Milwaukee is looking for an individual to join our team as a Serving Assistant and help deliver an unforgettable spy experience to every guest.

As a Serving Assistant at SafeHouse, you will support our service agents in delivering food and beverages to guests while helping maintain the exciting spy-themed environment that makes SafeHouse legendary. In this role, you will welcome spies (guests), assist with delivering menu items, and help ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant. Your mission is to support the team and ensure every guest leaves ready to return for their next mission.

For more than 50 years, SafeHouse Milwaukee has been one of the city’s most unique dining destinations, concealed somewhere in downtown Milwaukee. Filled with hidden doors, secret passageways, two-way mirrors, and labyrinth corridors, SafeHouse immerses guests in a world of espionage and adventure. As part of our team, you will help bring this covert operation to life while working for a brand recognized globally for its groundbreaking spy-themed dining experience.

What you will be doing:

• Assist service agents with delivering food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner

• Welcome guests and help introduce them to the SafeHouse spy-themed experience

• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized dining room

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas

• Assist with stocking supplies, glassware, and service items as needed

• Communicate effectively with service agents, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure smooth service

• Help maintain the fun and immersive SafeHouse atmosphere for guests

• Follow all service standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Position Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry trays or items as needed during service

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Willingness to participate in the SafeHouse spy-themed culture and guest engagement
