We’re looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our busy holiday season! In this role, you’ll assist customers with gift product orders placed through various sales channels and provide prompt, friendly support via multiple phone lines and email inboxes. This position is a temporary role is based at our Majestic Cinema in Brookfield within the Marcus Store. Hours will vary based on orders received and overall demand and will span primarily from Nov 19 – Dec 19, with the possibility of additional shifts before or after this period.

  What are we looking for? 
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends. Must be able to work during Black Friday week
• All shifts available Sunday–Saturday; hours will vary based on business needs
• Prior customer service experience and a strong service-oriented attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment or other seasonal based roles is helpful but not required.

  What will you be doing?  

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding gift cards, fundraising programs, student motivation initiatives, discount movie tickets, movie treat packages, bulk discounts, and more.
• Process orders from start to finish, including data entry, product pulling, inventory activation, packaging, and shipping with accuracy and timeliness.
• Promote and sell the “gift of entertainment” by explaining product options and helping customers choose the best fit for their needs.
• Assist customers with gift card balance inquiries and transaction history requests.
• Support theatre teams with questions and needs related to gift cards and gift products.
• Represent Marcus Theatres with a positive, caring attitude and thorough knowledge of all gift products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.  

Pay Estimate: $18/hour
