What we are looking for:
- Minimum of six months of experience in the theatre industry.
- No minimum education required, though a high school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
- Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet industry demands.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs as required by the job and work in a moderate to high noise environment.
- Capable of performing tasks that require manual dexterity, including handling objects and tools.
What you will be doing:
- Communicate goals and objectives to associates through pre-shift meetings.
- Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules and needs.
- Process voids, refunds, seat swaps, and issue loyalty points for guest service.
- Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operational scanning.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns.
- Maintain high operational quality by meeting “Best In Class” standards.
- Support projects such as seat repairs, training, inventory, and financial planning.
- Assist with other tasks as directed by the management team.
Pay Estimate: $16.50/hour
