As an Administration Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will provide supervision to office staff, provide customer assistance, answer phones, file, data entry, and assist cashiers.

What will you be doing?
Supervise office staff
Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
Handle money and financial payment for services and goods
Data entry using Microsoft 365 and SMS applications
Assist guests with any needs or challenges
Assist cashier staffing as needed
Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet
Perform other duties as assigned
What do you bring to the role?
Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Prior supervisor experience
Previous experience using Microsoft 365 applications
Prior SMS programs training
Prior Office experience
Good customer service, organization, and communication skills required
Enjoy working with the general public
Take direction well
Good cash handling skills
Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
Must have basic computer knowledge
Must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays
