JOB TITLE  Front Desk Agent


Position Purpose  To interact in a positive manner with all clientele while multitasking in a challenging, fast-paced, and upscale Spa/Salon environment.
Essential Functions
1) Must be professional, passionate, and positive
2) Have excellent customer service skills
3) Have exceptional written and articulate verbal communication skills
4) Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
5) Perform front desk responsibilities to include greeting guests, performing guest transactions, answering the telephone, processing individual reservations, balancing credit card and cash transactions, and taking accurate messages for guests and management.
6) Provides quality service for guests in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. 
7) Takes ownership of guest complaints and provides prompt solutions within scope of authority. 
8) Responsible for accurate cash control to include keeping cash drawer and ensuring that all funds are accounted for and deposits made according to policy. 
9) Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
1) Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
2) Ability to effectively communicate both written / verbally in English.
3) Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
4) Ability to stand continuously while performing essential job functions.
5) Ability to process multiple bits of information at once while using sound judgment in decision making.
