We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our in-house design team. In this role, you’ll assist in developing digital and print materials that promote our theatres and restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, takes direction well, and is eager to grow in a collaborative environment. This opportunity will work full time during the summer and part time hours during the school semester out of our corporate offices in Downtown Milwaukee. 

What you will be doing:

• Design and produce graphics aligned with brand guidelines and templates.
•  Assist with marketing materials for studio releases and Marcus programs.
• Create assets for web, email, social media, print, and on-screen visuals.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team on campaign support.
• Review and apply stakeholder feedback to improve creative work.
• Maintain department files and assist with production prep.
• Ensure consistency across all visual materials.

What we are looking for:

• Strong portfolio (8–12 pieces) showcasing design principles
• Current college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and writing/proofing skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, able to meet tight deadlines and willingness to learn and grow in a team-driven environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for movies and entertainment
• Must be able to work in-person out of corporate offices in Downtown Milwaukee

Pay Estimate: $18-20/hour
