We’re currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Server to join the team at ARIA, our artisanal American cuisine restaurant located on the hotel’s second floor. ARIA isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience, where flavors are artfully curated and every meal is a performance. As a Server, you’ll deliver exceptional hospitality while guiding guests through a culinary journey that is as memorable as it is delicious.

Located in the heart of Milwaukee’s Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub where every element—from design to dining—is inspired by the arts. As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we engage a diverse audience of theatergoers, food lovers, and culture seekers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to guests with efficiency, warmth, and attentiveness.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of ARIA’s menu, ingredients, and beverage pairings to guide guest selections.
• Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the POS system and delivered in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, or special dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Support private dining and special events as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with a POS system and handling cash/credit transactions.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
