Behind our hidden red door lies a world of espionage-inspired dining, complete with secret passages, two-way mirrors, and mysterious encounters. As Hostess, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our undercover guests, ensuring every mission begins and ends with exceptional service and a touch of intrigue.

Your Mission Objectives:
• Greet every guest with a warm, authentic welcome—agents and civilians alike.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments with stealthy precision.
• Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth operations in the field (a.k.a. the dining room).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready host station at all times.
• Provide intel on menu details, wait times, and special operations (events, promotions, etc.).
• Assist with answering phones, processing payments, and supporting the mission wherever needed.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards—because every great operation depends on discipline and discretion.

What We’re Looking For in a Frontline Agent:
• A friendly, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills—you can manage a room full of agents with ease.
• Professional appearance and demeanor—your cover story is hospitality at its finest.
• Team-first mentality and a love for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior host or restaurant experience is a plus—but new recruits are welcome. We train our agents well.
