Behind our hidden red door lies a world of espionage-inspired dining, complete with secret passages, two-way mirrors, and covert interactions. As a Server, you’ll be the key operative ensuring every guest’s mission is filled with mystery, fun, and world-class hospitality.

Your Mission Objectives:
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest—agents from all over the world rely on your expertise.
• Know the menu inside and out—our guests may need guidance decoding their culinary mission.
• Anticipate guest needs before they’re revealed; stealthy attention to detail is your greatest weapon.
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen operatives to ensure flawless execution of each mission.
• Handle orders, payments, and special requests with accuracy and discretion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and composure—even when the operation heats up.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards—no mission succeeds without precision and care.

What We’re Looking For in a Field Agent:
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a sense of humor—after all, spies need charm.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as missions demand.
• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required. We train agents in the field.
