As a Restaurant Supervisor you’ll take charge of a diverse array of dining experiences, assisting in overseeing everything from the Society 1854 Restaurant, The Burdock and Bitters Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining, and the lively Pano Pool Bar.

What will you be doing?
· Able to perform all roles within the outlet, including server, cashier, and expeditor.
· Supervise staff, manage operations in absence of the manager, and assist with ongoing training to uphold standards.
· Interact positively with guests, promote hotel services, and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
· Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to time quotes and standards.
· Oversee inventory, control payroll and equipment costs, and maintain outlet profitability.
· POS system for billing and reporting; maintain house bank and manage financial transactions accurately.
· Enforce sanitation and cleanliness across all areas; uphold a professional appearance and ethical conduct.
· Implement sales incentives, track competition, and stay informed on hospitality trends.
What do you bring to the role?
· Must read and speak English fluently to understand guest requests and communicate effectively, especially under pressure.
· Prior restaurant and hospitality experience required; bartending experience is required.
· Understand room service operations, including staffing, service equipment, and guest relations.
· Handle complaints professionally, demonstrate empathy, and provide timely, effective solutions.
· Supervise staff using Marcus and Marriott standards, motivate independent workers, and track shopper reports for improvement.
· Monitor hotel floors for tray management and ensure timely room service deliveries.
· Efficiently manage multiple tasks, including handling several phone lines simultaneously.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate. CPR certification and/or First Aid Training preferred. Bartending certificate preferred. TIPS and ServSafe food handler certification required.

Pay Estimate: $15.00/hour plus Tips
