Executive Lounge Attendant - Part Time

POSITION PURPOSE:

To manage the club lounge according to Hilton brand standards by providing detailed customer service to Hilton Honors guests.  This includes necessary set-up, upkeep, break down, and cleaning functions of the club lounge.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Sets up club lounge with tables, chairs, china, silverware, and other service equipment; and breaks down club lounge according to contract and supervisor's instructions.

·         Services of food and beverages according to standards and event orders.

·         Handles guest requests or gets assistance from supervisor or manager.

·         Keeps accurate counts on number of covers or guests utilizing the Club Lounge throughout the service

·         Communicates frequently with supervisors as to the progress of the day's work.

·         Maintains cleanliness of club lounge, public areas, pantry and storage areas.

·         Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.

·         Maintains Hilton's high standards of quality and service.

·         Performs other duties and assists in other hotel areas as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Ability to read and comprehend English in order to receive instructions from managers and guests.

·         Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.

·         Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred.
