As the PM Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations.

What you will be doing:

·         Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed

·         Supervise all Snow Makers.

·         Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down.

·         Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation.

·         Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas

·         Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Enjoy working with general public.
• Must be organized and take direction well.
• Have flexible schedule to work 2^nd or 3^rd shift.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
