SafeHouse Host - Part Time
Control, the mastermind and governing force behind SafeHouse, is recruiting undercover service agents to join our team. For more than 50 years, SafeHouse has been delivering an unforgettable espionage experience to visiting agents from around the world. As a globally recognized spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, our mission is to provide exceptional hospitality, immersive entertainment, and covert-level guest service.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to serve as a Host Agent, acting as the first point of contact for visiting spies (guests). In this role, you'll welcome agents into headquarters, coordinate dining operations, and help create a memorable undercover experience from arrival to departure.
Your Mission Objectives:
Welcome and engage guests upon arrival, managing reservations, wait lists, and walk-in seating while delivering a fun, spy-themed experience.
Escort agents to their assigned tables, provide menus, communicate specials, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team.
Coordinate table assignments and guest flow to support efficient restaurant operations and balanced server sections.
Assist with reservation inquiries, special guest requests, and to-go orders while maintaining accurate records and communications.
Support the dining room team with various operational needs and ensure every guest departs feeling appreciated and eager to return.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or guest-facing experience preferred.
Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
