Control, the mastermind and governing force behind SafeHouse, is recruiting undercover agents to join our team. For more than 50 years, SafeHouse has been providing visiting spies with an immersive dining adventure unlike any other. As a globally recognized spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, we rely on creative, energetic team members to bring our espionage experience to life.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to serve as a Visa Agent, the first line of security for SafeHouse headquarters. In this role, you'll greet visiting spies, administer the famous entrance challenge, and set the stage for an unforgettable covert adventure. Your personality, wit, and ability to engage guests are critical to maintaining the mystery and excitement that make SafeHouse a legendary destination.
Your Mission Objectives:
Welcome and interact with guests at the entrance, maintaining character and creating an engaging first impression of the SafeHouse experience.
Conduct the SafeHouse entrance challenge by presenting trivia, riddles, or spy-themed tasks that grant agents (guests) access to headquarters.
Utilize creativity, improvisation, and humor to tailor interactions to guests of all ages while ensuring a memorable and inclusive experience.
Manage guest flow, answer questions, and communicate wait times or operational updates while maintaining the espionage atmosphere.
Collaborate with hosts, servers, and management to ensure a seamless transition from entrance experience to dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication, public speaking, and guest engagement skills with the confidence to perform for individuals and groups.
Energetic, outgoing personality with an ability to think quickly and improvise in a fun, interactive environment.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, entertainment, theater, or guest-facing roles preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain enthusiasm throughout a fast-paced shift.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
